Circa will be home to a proposed stylish Serviced Apartment building.
Located in Circa´s heart between CircaRetail and the Hills Private Hospital, the proposed offering will cater for travelling corporates into Sydney´s Northwest region.
It is envisaged that apartments will be studio to two bedroom units and include separate lounge/dining, dedicated work areas, full kitchen and laundry facilities, air conditioning, broadband and other essentials including access to gymnasium and pool facilities.
Conference facilities with theatre style seating are proposed, offering delegates efficiency, convenience and comfort. A gymnasium and pool is also proposed for the layout.
